Terms of Service and License Agreement (EULA)

CogniMeet ("Software") is owned, developed, and operated by DATAQUALI SOLUCOES INTELIGENTES LTDA (CNPJ: 22.080.874/0001-39). By downloading, installing, or using CogniMeet, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. Merchant of Record (Paddle.com)

Our order process and payment processing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Purchases are subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle handles billing and international tax compliance.

2. License Grant

CogniMeet is licensed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). DATAQUALI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software and access real-time neural transcription, live tactical copilot prompts, and executive minutes generation according to your selected plan (Basic or Pro).

3. 30-Minute Free Trial

We provide a 30-minute free trial of AI recording and live transcription with zero credit card required. Once the free minutes are exhausted, an active subscription is required to continue utilizing the real-time services.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or distribute the software to unauthorized third parties.

5. Cancellation and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via 1 click in your Paddle confirmation email or through our support team (support@cognimeet.app). Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
